The Grayson County Chamber of Commerce is exploring the opportunity to bring the Kentucky Chamber Foundation’s Fair Chance Academy to our local business community. We have provided a link below for you to view if you are not familiar with the Fair Chance Academy.
The Fair Chance Academy provides training, resources, and practical guidance to help employers strengthen their workforce by expanding talent pipelines and adopting fair-chance hiring practices. Through this initiative, businesses gain tools to successfully recruit, hire, and retain individuals who are ready to re-enter the workforce and contribute meaningfully to their organizations.
This program has already trained hundreds of employers across Kentucky through regional workshops and workforce recovery initiatives, helping connect businesses with qualified workers while supporting community workforce needs.
Before moving forward, we would like to gauge the level of interest among our membership and business leaders on attendance.
