Monthly Luncheons
Held the second Thursday of each month, our breakfasts and luncheons draw 100–140 members for engaging speakers, valuable updates, and prime networking opportunities with fellow business leaders and potential customers.
Event sponsorship is $500 (co-sponsorships available) and includes: front-page recognition in the Chamber Newsletter, inclusion in press releases, five event tickets, a ten- to fifteen-minute presentation opportunity, table décor and seat materials placement, and the chance to provide door prize(s) of your choice.
Chamber Promotion Opportunities
As a Chamber member, your business gains valuable visibility and marketing support designed to help you grow and connect with the community.
- Social Media Promotion: We follow and share member content on Facebook, expanding your reach and increasing visibility.
- Online Directory & Website Exposure: All members are listed in our online business directory with contact information and a link to your website. You can also post Hot Deals and add events to our community calendar.
- Email Outreach: Take advantage of our growing mailing list through Chamber communications (member emails are not shared for bulk use). Members also receive a 60-day free trial and 25% discount with Constant Contact.
- Ribbon Cuttings: Celebrate a new business, expansion, or relocation with a Chamber-promoted event that draws a crowd and often attracts media attention.
- Business Referrals: The Chamber is a trusted source for community information, and we refer Chamber members only. We also display member brochures and materials in the Centre on Main lobby.
- Gift Certificate Program: Encourage local shopping through our popular Chamber Gift Certificate program, which generates $80,000–$100,000 in sales annually. Participation is $50 per year.
- Job & Internship Postings: Share employment opportunities on our website, a go-to resource for local job seekers and business referrals.
Education and Leadership
Leadership Grayson County is an eight-month program for current and emerging leaders who want to learn more about our community through tours, hands-on experiences, panel discussions, and in-depth sessions covering government, law & justice, tourism, economic development, healthcare, education, public works, small business, and more. Since 1998, nearly 200 graduates have completed the program, gaining insights that are both professionally and personally invaluable.
The Chamber also invests in the next generation through its $1,000 Annual High School Senior Scholarship, awarded each spring to a graduating senior. Contact the Chamber for application details.
Young Professionals of Grayson County
YP of Grayson County is a dynamic network empowering the next generation of community and business leaders. Open to professionals of all ages, YP fosters connection, collaboration, and growth for those building, starting, and innovating in our community.
Guided by the vision to be a community partner and an asset for young entrepreneurs, YP offers networking events, educational programs, and service projects that strengthen the local economy and encourage innovation. The group has already donated over $2,000 to local organizations and continues to support community initiatives.

President’s Circle
President’s Circle members are progressive businesses that have elevated their Chamber investment to support expanded services and economic development efforts that benefit the entire membership. Their $2,000 investment positions them for enhanced visibility and exclusive benefits, including:
- Logo recognition at Chamber events, on the website, and in the newsletter
- First right of acceptance for sponsorships, publications, and special events
- Featured article in Chamber Chatter
- Presenting sponsor recognition at the Annual Dinner, preferred seating, and eight complimentary tickets

Small Business Circle
Designed for businesses with fewer than 50 employees, the Small Business Circle recognizes and supports the backbone of our community. Through a $500 annual investment, members receive:
- Priority early-bird seating at the Annual Dinner
- Logo displayed on a retractable banner at all Chamber events
- Two complimentary monthly luncheon seats
- Annual feature in the Chamber newsletter
- Invitation to the annual Small Business Dinner in May
Community Involvement
Chamber Ambassadors are an esteemed group of volunteers who support Chamber events, represent the Chamber at official functions, and provide vital assistance to programs and initiatives. They help at ribbon cuttings, grand openings, groundbreakings, visiting dignitary events, and community celebrations, while gaining valuable networking opportunities. Membership is open to any Chamber member in good standing who has completed Leadership Grayson County.
The Chamber also keeps members connected through the monthly newsletter and hosts signature events that promote community engagement and local business, including Hometown Christmas, the Fall Crawl, and Spring Hop, all featuring shopping, vendors, activities, and opportunities to support small businesses.
